J & K Tourism Development Corporation (JKTDC) established on 13-02-1970 is a Govt. of J & K owned company augmenting Tourism infrastructure all over the state. The corporation has Hotel blocks at Tourist Reception Centre, Jammu and Srinagar as also Cottage and Dak Bunglows  in Patnitop, Kud, Batote, Ramban, Banihal, Mansar,  & Sanasar in Jammu Division and Chashmashahi, Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Yousmarg, Kokernag, Daksum, Verinag, Achabal, Sonmarg and Mansbal in Kashmir DIvision. IN addition to this the corporation runs cafeteria and Restaurants at Nehru Park, Shalimar Garden, Nishant Garden, Botnical Garden, Cheshmashai, Chinese Restaurants (Nun-Kun), Floating Restaurants (Kongposh) at Charchinari, Canteen facilities are also being provided to the employees of Civil Secratrait in Srinagar as well as at Jammu. The corporation has also a fleet of transport consisting of coaches of various categories for the facility of Tourists and an independent Tour & Travel Division for promotion of tourism outside the State.
